Product availability is subject to change. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and offer either:

A refund
A substitute product of equal or greater value

Payment Processing

Your payments are processed securely through authorized payment service providers. AURAMART does NOT store your credit card or banking details—this information is encrypted and handled exclusively by our payment partners.

Shipping & Logistics

AURAMART partners with established courier and logistics providers to deliver your orders. We are NOT responsible for:

Courier delays or service failures
Lost or damaged packages marked as "delivered"
Delivery issues due to incorrect customer information
Public holidays, weather, or unforeseen disruptions

If your package is lost or damaged, contact the courier first with your tracking number, then reach out to us for assistance.
